How to Disconnect
You're always in control. Revoking access is simple.
Go to your Stripe Dashboard
Log in at dashboard.stripe.com
Navigate to Settings > Integrations
Find the connected apps section
Find Conto Billing and click "Revoke"
Access is revoked immediately. Your Stripe data remains unaffected.
Integration FAQ
Is my Stripe API key shared with Conto?
No. We use OAuth, which means you never share your secret API key. Stripe generates a limited-scope token specifically for our integration.
Can Conto transfer money out of my Stripe account?
No. We have no access to payouts, bank accounts, or balance transfers. We can only manage billing operations like invoices and subscriptions.
What happens to my data if I disconnect?
Your Stripe data stays in Stripe—we don't delete anything from your Stripe account. Your Conto account data (like team settings) can be exported or deleted upon request.
Do changes in Conto sync back to Stripe?
Yes. When you create an invoice or subscription in Conto, it's created in Stripe. When something changes in Stripe, it syncs to Conto. Bidirectional sync keeps everything consistent.
What countries and currencies are supported?
Conto supports any country and currency that Stripe supports. If Stripe works in your country, Conto will too.
